Super Seniors is a ministry especially meant to reach and to love our seniors through our monthly get-togethers. Join us for a lively, informative program, as well as coffee, cookies, and a delicious catered lunch each month. Although there is no cost to attend, we do ask that you consider giving a suggested donation of $10 to help offset some of the cost of this ministry, So bring a friend and enjoy the food, fellowship, and fun alongside fellow seniors from First Baptist Church and the surrounding community!
Programs
Devotional Segment — Each Super 60's event features time in God's Word, led by a pastor, missionary, or layperson. These times together in the scriptures are always encouraging, challenging, and relevant!
Vocal/Instrumental Music — Each event also features musical performances and times of worship alongside talented guest individuals, bands, choirs, and groups.
Special Presentations — Most events include special presentations containing practical information and advice on a number of relevant topics. Guests include social and health agencies, politicians, education leaders, business people, and special interest groups.
Lunch — A wonderful lunch is served once a month at noon, catered from a local restaurant. Lunch options vary from month to month, but it's always sure to be delicious and filling!
